At Cabo beach house: chef Margarita made sweet tomatillo tarts with orange/lime.  Fresh ricotta ice cream. At Cabo beach hse: dry moscato (Planeta, 80-yr old vines) w herby ceviche (cil,mint,basil,parsley,grlc, serrano) Oh, No!  It's 10:30 in the morning and I had to shoot a beer-tasting segment at Baja Brewing in San Jose del Cabo.
