Here's the finished taco we served: fresh-made tortilla,goat barbacoa,3-chile salsa, radish, on-cil, queso añejo This is Derek, the young man who grows all the watermelon we use (!!). He's part of Stewards of the Land Cool Chicago fall weather. The microgreens we're harvesting today for our restaurant are really beautiful.
