This evening, I am posting information on Chambers family history as sourced from a memorial stone at Old Cathcart Cemetery, Glasgow. This records the deaths of:
Captain John Carr Chambers, BCS of Lucea, Jamaica who died at Parton, Whitehaven on May 26th 1870 age 71 years.
Louisa Francis Dibben of Gerrards Hall, London who died at Old Cathcart on Jan 29th 1884 age 78 years.
