I made Easter brunch: savory bread pudding of locally made sausage & cheddar w  1st of season asparagus. Garden greens! Amazingly beautiful greens ready for harvest in my garden: on the menu in Topolobampo tomorrow! Made a great meal from @ruhlman Ruhlman's Twenty. Perfect roast chicken. This book is a must for all serious cooks
