Chef Almir from Brazil is cooking whole lambs over wood grill in outdoor demo kitchen at CIA San Antonio! Andrew Weismann's Sandbar Resto:an incredible meal!  Started w octopus ceviche.  World class resto in San Antonio Raw scallops w yuzu&soy (!!!), followed by perfect sweetbreads and duck confit. Masterful.
