It just comes naturally. For me its barely noticeable, and I barely thought about it until this point. Sometimes I have to throw english into my thoughts, I'm not so fluent with the Indian languages but I'm fairly proficient, enough to get by at least. German is a different story, and the two are pretty much interchangeable for me.
