Blasted the F*CK out of my shoulders with Shrugs, Militaries, Shrug-Military Press combos, Cable extensions in between them ^, Straight-Arm Barbell Raises (+ one set with holding the bar for 10 seconds a few times), Dumbbell press, Hammer Machine Shoulder Press (loved the hell out of this one).

Then, finished off the session with Biceps and Triceps Super Dropsets. That's 2 sets of biceps back to back on different methods (barbell, cable unilaterals) by doing a bit less weight on the second set, then Triceps extensions (overhead barbell, pushdowns, cable front extensions) back to back again.

Then rest, and do it again. 3 sets.
