What happened here?

Today I ran a 5km track I have run before. But this time I stopped a little earlier, because the Nike+ app showed me I ran over 5,2 km already. After I stopped, I noticed on the map a strange 'bump' in the road that isn't there (see screenprint on the right). This caused extra length of my track, which caused my 'fastest' km, mile & 5 km. All of them aren't true.

I would like to repair these so called records, because I will never be able to break this new 'records' (I supposed to have run 1 km in 2 minutes & 45 seconds; a better time than a professional marathon runner is able to run... :)

Can anybody help me repairing this? Or is deleting this run the only option?
