#Katanagatari ep7: this show fails to disappoint me everytime. The narrative is ruthless. #anime 

I was wondering how they were going to overcome the insurmountable Nanami. Turns out it is was surprisingly simple. And by simple I mean hours of painstaking set-up & preparation by our lovely duo.

I was never surprised that Nanami wanted to die, she stated that over and over again. And it struck me as awkward how it seemed she would force those strange little evil grins on herself. But she was a good, very memorable character. And she really brought up the show a notch with her presence. Now with 5 swords left I'm wondering in what direction the series will progress without her monstrous (but cute) presence hanging over it.
