Welcome to Spencer

Spencer, Mass, Wednesday morning. This is the third time I've walked past this sign on Route 9 - first, during my 2006 Walk Across Massachusetts, second during my 2008 Walk across America, and now in 2011. This is the first time I've hiked Route 9 east to west. Nevertheless, this street sign's like an old friend.
