This time around, we saved space for dessert. Deep Fried Ice Cream: vanilla w/whipped cream . 

This is another thing that I like to eat but haven't had in a very long time (years) because it's not that common and it's not always done well. I was not disappointed here.

Pad Thai w/shrimp: rice noodles, eggs, tofu, bean sprouts, chives, tamarind sauce, ground peanut @kubkhaoTo. It was good but I think a spicy version would have been better. This time around, we saved space for dessert. Deep Fried Ice Cream: vanilla w/whipped cream @kubkhaoTo. My very first attempt at making whipped cream. Looks good but it's waaay more than I need. #cookingathome
