Logan Morrison Oops, thanks 林弈成
the correct pronunciation of the first line should be -

shuang shǔi bēn téng, fēi quán chè qīng
The gush of water runs wildly, the flying spring is crystal clear

I copied the poem, which was originally written from top to bottom, to the following text from left to right. There's pinyin (Romanization) below the original text so you may try to read it. Below pinyin is my translation. Hope you enjoy it! -

淨心瀑布
jìng xīn pù bù
Purifying Heart Waterfall

瀧水奔騰,飛泉澈清
lóng shǔi bēn téng, fēi quán chè qīng
The gush of water runs wildly, the flying spring is crystal clear

朝登佛門,先淨其心
zhāo dēng fó mén, xiān jìng qí xīn
In the morning before entering the Buddhist gate, one must purify the heart first

心靈淨化,悟道慧根
xīn ling jìng huà, wù dào hùi gēn
Once the heart is purified, one may realize the way and set the foundation of wisdom

具足相好,莊嚴其身
jù zú xiàng hǎo, zhuāng yán qí shēn
One may also develop all forms of goodness, and rectify the body

故名淨心瀑布
gù míng jìng xīn pù bù
Therefore this is named “Purifying Heat Waterfall”

I'm impressed with your niceplay, avoiding a grand slam last year.
Really want to have your signed ball.

The keypoint is to purify yourself and be away from the madding crowd.

The current of the waterfall gallops(means the magnificent, torrential scene).
And it the water is very clear.
If you are determined to step into the world of the Buddhism,
you have to purify and cleanse you heart first.
After have your heart purified,
you will get the enlightenment and wisedom.
By so doing, you'll find the peace and be satisfied with what you have,
then you can be dignified and push yourself to solemn.

Therefore, it is named the waterfall of tranquility.

It's a poem to describe why there's a waterfall out the temple.
The current is swift but clear. Though your expectancy to step into the temple just like the rapid flow, you still have to purify your heart to become as clear as the water. Asking you to purify your heart is help you to realise the natural rule much more easier. Hope that this fall can make you feel peace inside your heart, then present from heart to your body. Feeling peasce is the only way.

The waterfall of tranquility
The torrential water here is like running horses, and it’s pure & clear.
If you want to enter Buddhism, clear your mind first.
Once you are purified, the law of nature and wisdom grows.
Feel satisfied with what you have, and push yourself to solemn.
So is called the waterfall of tranquility.

Logan Morrison It's actually illustrating something about the philosophy of buddism. If you want to step into the gate of buddism, you have to purify your soul.

Logan Morrison This is damn hard, even though I'm a Taiwanese, it's very hard for me to understand.
