#Tuesdaytip Increasing Your Productivity in 90 minutes
In this video today I share a great tip from the Editor of Success magazine, Darren Hardy. It's all about challenging yourself to block out 90 minutes daily ( or 2 to 3 times a week if you can) to focus on completing one task... no email, phone, social media or interruption allowed!
Research has shown that multi-tasking is making our ability to stay focused on one thing harder and harder. We may think we are achieving a lot, but in fact our multi-tasking often means more mistakes and less attention to detail.
Every time we are interrupted it can take between 3 and 4 minutes for us to refocus again, often making tasks seem harder to complete.
So take the challenge - Challenge yourself to schedule 90 minutes of quality, non-interruption time a few times a week and see if your productivity increases
