Pork done.  26 hours at 200.  More like bags of pork soup in smoked fat skins.  Heirloom tomato FTW!!! @ctp I went non traditional. Pulled pork, basil, mozzarella, touch of porcini salt on heirloom tomatoes. Broiled.
